Here’s what to expect at Campfire 2024 when you visit Flying Horse Farms.

Getting the Flying Horse Farms is easy! Our beautiful facility is located just off I-71 in Mt. Gilead, OH. You can find directions here.
Valet parking services will be provided at Campfire. Pull through the gate and turn left for valet services at the front of the barn.
Come in your glamp casual attire – think flannel, fun, denim, leather and all things fall friendly. Campfire will be held outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking around camp.
As part of the Campfire event, you’ll have the opportunity to take a self-guided tour and talk with camper families about their camp experiences. Along the way you will have the chance to enjoy an array of camp created bites by Cameron Mitchell Premier Events and a variety of drinks to toast to the night.
Be sure to join us in the camper corral at 7:20pm for a camp program featuring an incredible camper story, camp songs, and a focus on what makes FHF magical.

S’mores-to-go at the Big Red Barn
A delectable variety of camp-themed bites like Short Rib Mac and Cheese Spring Rolls, Hot Chicken Sliders, Fried Mac and Cheese Bites, and much s’more will be offered throughout the evening. A full bar complete with signature cocktails and mocktails will be available.
Yes, Campfire will happen whether rain or shine. If it rains, portions of the event will be moved to our indoor areas. We will have plenty of umbrellas.

There will be QR codes and iPads in many locations to make a donation that night. Camp is cost-free to all campers who attend, and our donors and partners make this possible through their generosity. You may also donate in advance.
