Here’s what to expect at Campfire when you visit Flying Horse Farms.

Our beautiful facility is located just off I-71 in Mt. Gilead, OH. You can find directions here.
Valet parking services will be provided at Campfire. Pull through the gate and our team will be there to guide you.
Think camp chic – flannel with finesse and fall friendly. Campfire will be held outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking around camp.


At Campfire, you’ll have the opportunity to take a self-guided tour and hear stories from campers and their families. Along the way, you will have the chance to enjoy camp inspired bites by Cameron Mitchell Premier Events and a variety of drinks to toast camp magic.
5:30pm — BONFIRE CIRCLE AT THE CAMPITHEATER
6:00pm — GATES OPEN FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
7:20pm — CAMPFIRE PROGRAM

Enjoy a variety of beverages and creative camp bites like BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Tacos, Steak House Pizza Bites, Hot Chicken Sliders, Crispy Red Lentil Fritters, and s’more.
Yes! We’ll celebrate camp magic together, rain or shine. If the weather calls for rain, camp has plenty of indoor spaces and umbrellas to go around.
LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION! Gather in the Camper Corral by sunset (~7:20pm)) to hear directly from campers and caregivers about the what camp magic means to them. You’ll know it’s time when you hear the camp dinner bell ringing!
There will be QR codes and iPads in many locations to make a donation that night. Camp is cost-free to all campers who attend, and our donors and partners make this possible through their generosity. You may also donate in advance.
