Campfire
Raising funds to make more possible for every camper. Because, at camp, you're more than a guest at an event...you're part of a movement to create more joy, smiles, and healing.

Friday, October 3, 2025
At Campfire, you’re more than a guest — you become part of a community making the world more like camp.
It starts with an evening under the stars, sparking more so every kid can experience the healing and joy found at Flying Horse Farms.
You will hear stories from kids and caregivers, see camp programming in action, and discover how connections made here extend beyond the gates — all while enjoying live music and camp bites from Cameron Mitchell Premier Events.

Agenda
Come ready to explore in camp chic (think flannel with finesse). Throughout the night you will get a full tour as you learn how the world of camp comes to life for every camper.
5:30 P.M. BONFIRE CIRCLE AT THE CAMPITHEATER
Start your night connected with others invested in making more smiles, more laughter, and more journeys possible. Your tour will begin in the place where every kid can take center stage as we share stories, food, and refreshments.
6:00 P.M. GATES OPEN FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
SUNSET CAMPFIRE PROGRAM
Followed by more time together under the stars.
COMPLIMENTARY VALET PARKING

Firestarter 2025
Flying Horse Farms believes in celebrating every milestone. The Firestarter Award is an honor given to individuals or organizations who have championed and been a spark since the beginning to make camp possible.
The 2025 honoree is Joel Slaven. His animal programming has been a camp favorite since the first sessions. With over 50 years of renowned animal experience, Joel has brought wonder and smiles to campers. He knows connection builds confidence, and his program has inspired resilience and joy for countless kids. He’s also just doggone fun!
