Here’s what to expect at Campfire:

Camp is located just off I-71 in Mt. Gilead, OH. You can find directions here.
Valet parking services will be provided. Pull through the gate and our team will be there to welcome and guide you.
Think camp chic—flannel with finesse and fall inspired. Campfire will be held outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking around camp.
At Campfire, you'll be immersed in the sights, sounds, and spirit of camp! You will hear inspiring stories from camper families, explore spaces where the magic happens, and enjoy camp bites from Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and a variety of drinks.
5:30pm — BONFIRE CIRCLE VIP RECEPTION
6:00pm — GATES OPEN FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
7:20pm — CAMPFIRE PROGRAM
Make your way to the Camper Corral for the main event, followed by more fun & connection!
Enjoy a variety of beverages and creative camp bites like Fall Roasted Pork, Hot Chicken Sliders, Shrimp & Grits, and s’more.
Yes! We’ll celebrate camp magic together, rain or shine. If the weather calls for rain, camp has plenty of indoor spaces and umbrellas to go around.
Gather in the Camper Corral by 7:30 p.m. to hear directly from campers and their families about the what camp magic means to them. The Campfire DJ will let you know when it's time!
There will be QR codes and iPads in many locations to make a donation. Camp is always cost-free to all campers, and generous donors and partners like you make this possible! You may also donate before the event.
