Meet & Greet: Grace Meecha

Meet Happy Camper Grace Meecha

Grace Meecha, 14, will be among our first weeklong campers of 2015 during next week’s siblings camp. Here’s her take on Flying Horse Farms. Welcome home, Grace!

My favorite camp memory is: When we are at final campfire. It’s really relaxing.

My favorite camp food is: Anything Mexican.

The silliest thing I did at Flying Horse Farms was: Lip sync at the first weekend sweater camp. It was to the song “Bye Bye Bye” by ‘N Sync. We danced as puppets, and we had bright red lipstick on our cheeks.

At camp I learned: To be more caring and accepting. Camp has made me a stronger leader.

I never thought camp would: Have such a big impact on me. Camp truly has changed me for the better. The way I look at life has completely changed since my first week at camp.

Flying Horse Farms means: …Almost everything to me. It is my second home. I met some of my closest friends at camp. We talk a lot outside of camp. I don’t know where I would be without some of the people I have met at camp.
